Great post Gemma. Has made me re-think our use of social media - we aren't making the most of the opportunity and your advice on developing a strategy and setting objecives is key. So obvious but we didn't do it - yes it's the basis for everything else we do in our business but we just thought we could 'do' the social marketing stuff - didn't really think about it at all. Hi there, I'm actually not using the blog feature within Moonfruit as Im using Wordpress, but I do know they were doing some work to improve it so this might be a question for the Forum rather than here.

I'm wondering when Moonfruit is going to address the substantial usability issues?
-Blog/CMS flat form - including RSS Feeds.
-Moonfruit Mobile compatability issues I.E. Flash is not supported on any mobile phone platform.

I'm just thinking and wondering...

A very interesting read, i've been thinking about using twitter for some time now, I think I might give it a go, face book is another great tool we have been using this for marketing for some time now and in our line of work its great for customer feedback !
