Hiya,
Can someone help me? I really need help with how to change the color of my text once the mouse moves over it. The HTML code I found was <H1 onmouseover="this.style.color='red';"
onmouseout="this.style.color='';">Make me red</H1>
Ive tried adding this to the HTML snippet but then its not the size or the font I want as I dont know the other html codes to change the size/font..oh someone HELP!

hi, i built a wix website only to find out that i can't even sell ebook through a download company such as payloadz by transfering my customers from my wix website to payloadz.... and was wondering if moonfruit can do this.... thanks

Great post Gemma. Has made me re-think our use of social media - we aren't making the most of the opportunity and your advice on developing a strategy and setting objecives is key. So obvious but we didn't do it - yes it's the basis for everything else we do in our business but we just thought we could 'do' the social marketing stuff - didn't really think about it at all. Hi there, I'm actually not using the blog feature within Moonfruit as Im using Wordpress, but I do know they were doing some work to improve it so this might be a question for the Forum rather than here.

Hi Saul,

We had no intention of forcing customers to the new toolbar till we certain - through rigorous testing - that it would work for all customers. We want to ensure customers have a better experience with the new toolbar - not a worse one. We'll certainly keep everyone posted with developments and releases.

Please don't remove the old advanced tool bar until the bugs are fixed with the new toolbar for Safari ;)
and let us know when it's fixed so Safari users know when to switch over.

I'm wondering when Moonfruit is going to address the substantial usability issues?
-Blog/CMS flat form - including RSS Feeds.
-Moonfruit Mobile compatability issues I.E. Flash is not supported on any mobile phone platform.

I'm just thinking and wondering...

Hi Rob,

I'm sorry you feel that way, though I can understand your feelings with the speed of response to some of our queries lately. We have actually taken on two new support people in the last 3 weeks to address this very issue as we do care and we do want to improve our service.

We've also recently grown our development team so that we can turn around features, widgets and services more quickly. So, we aren't seeing an joke in our commitment to offering a better service as we do not want our customers suffering nightmare service or leaving us.

I appreciate your honesty, it only makes us more aware of how important it is for us to improve our service delivery.

Hi Guys, I transferred my domain name to you last Wednesday and since then i have had no email facility whatsoever causing enormous damage to my business, i have contacted you numerous times with absolutely zero response.

You need to make changes to my name server settings for my domain, please can you contact me on the email address i have provided with this post asap in order for me to give you this information?

is it possible to have a form that visitrs to my site can enter the message they require on a customised product and then have that form and the text and layout( such as a message on a granite block) emailed directly to me yet also proceeds to the payment area say on paypal or a credit card site where the product can be paid for .
but i will knowwhat the message and layout was.

Hello,

I believe you are still having issues. Despite the website loading correctly occasionally, some features are failing to reload properly when editing websites. It loads without full editing features for example. I think their still may be a capacity issue possibly. I doubt I am the only user seeing this partially restored service.

Otherwise when it's working very happy with your moonfruit service!

I have tried to follow the instructions to set up my email on two of my machine, Entourage Mac, Outlook PC, but both of them failed. I am able to receive emails perfectly, but unable to send out emails. I already checked the box of SMTP server requires authentication, as well as using the same username and password as incoming mail server, but still, no luck. As a business owner i feel extremely inconvenient to have to rely on the webmail for emailing as it only provides very limited functionality.

I already send out a request form to support team over a day and still not having any reply on this matter. I am getting extremely frustrated as the only information provided just cannot solve my issue.

This is a pure pain especially the fact that there is no direct support line provided. Luckily I only joined one month to test run it.

Very not satisfied.
