Hi MsLyt,

Yes Mailboxes are available to those users who do in buy or transfer in domains. In your case you aren't seeing the Email & Settings link because your transfer failed. The transfer has been refused by your current registrar.

I'd suggest you contact GoDaddy and ask them why, as they appear to refusing the transfer for some reason. You may need to remove privacy so that you get the transfer request email, double check the domain is unlocked for transfer and then also check that the Transfer Authorisation code is still valid.

Once that's done and they have confirmed it is OK to transfer contact Support (using the Query form) and let us know. We can then relaunch the transfer and track your query through our system, and ensure that we can follow this through to completion.

Thanks

Walt

Hi, I have one of your premium packages, but there is nothing visible that allows me to even create 1-5 email addresses... why not? Your listing says I am allowed up to 5 email accts, yet it isn't available to me anywhere. Thanks.

Hi Nick,

Have a read of previous article which outlines how to set up a mailbox once you have a domain name with us:
http://www.moonfruitlounge.com/post...

Hi,

No plans to change this at the minute. But if you want more functionality why not use the POP/IMAP and SMTP settings to plug into your mail through a client. If you have a PDA with internet access then it makes more sense to use a mail client.

Details are available on this blog about the appropriate settings and you will find details in our FAQ:
http://www.moonfruitlounge.com/post...

Hope that helps.

Has there been any discussion about updating the webmail functions/layout? Always challenging moving or flagging items as spam, moving to spam folders, deleting spam (or other emails), and deleted emails from webmail sync to delete from PDA. The format of the webmail seems so outdated compared to simple, easy to use Gmail.
