Hi Peter, we've sent a reset password email to your email address. As long as you use the correct username: peterhunt83. Can you tell us also, how you are logging in i.e. via Moonfruit.com or via your site?

Your account and site are fine by the way so you shouldn't have any issues logging in with the right details.

~ Walt

Hi lwe,

No we aren't suffering any problems. I've checked with our Sys Admin and all servers are running 100%, no errors reported, and our network is in good shape.

If you have further details please let us know.

Thanks - Walt

Hello,

I believe you are still having issues. Despite the website loading correctly occasionally, some features are failing to reload properly when editing websites. It loads without full editing features for example. I think their still may be a capacity issue possibly. I doubt I am the only user seeing this partially restored service.

Otherwise when it's working very happy with your moonfruit service!

Hi Liam,

No, the outage lasted 50 minutes. So if you are having problems it will be something else entirely.

Have you tried accessing your site from another location? Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and reloading the browser? We have no problem viewing your site: http://liamalucien.moonfruit.com/

You might be better contacting support and letting them know what you tried, what you see (or don't see) exactly, who your ISP is, and any other relevant details you think may help.

Thanks - Walt

I cannot accept any new members in my members section. The people tab keeps crashing.

I get a " RSL error 1 of 4" error # 2046.

Im not sure if this is related to the down time, the error occured just before moonfruit went down.

I sent a support ticket as well as posting here on the blog.

Please advise.

I'm not convinced that everything's been resolved because forum threads on our site seem to be randomly jumbled (posts attached to completely wrong threads).
