Normal service has been restored. We will follow up with our service provider and post a summary of what happened as we know more. Apologies for the loss in service during this time.

Our network provider is currently experiencing an failure at a critical point in their network. This has caused all of their London clients to go offline, including SiteMaker. We will update you as we know more.

have just seen this blog entry on the service outage were there any other areas apart from London which went down/ off-line
No, our network provider had problems in just one building (location) in London which only affected a selection of their London clients, of which we are just one. And this meant network connections for all those clients were off-line for 20 minutes.
The report we have from our provider is that one of their core routers failed. We are still awaiting a full report of the issue so hope to provide more information when it becomes available.
do we have an outage? it's Oct. 13th 2:25 pm
Hi Tom,
No, our system and our network have been running without fault since that brief outage on Tuesday afternoon.
Hi walt
Is the network down again today ??
18/10/07 15:30 - 15:46 so far
Scott
Hi Scott, yes we had down time from 15:22 to 15:54 due to problems with our service provider, again. They are in the process of upgrading their systems to avoid these sort of outages but as yet haven't quite got there yet. It is disappointing for us that their system problems affect our customers and we are still trying our best to work with them and ensure that these problems are minimised.
