Your site will be unavaliable during this 1 hour slot, but after that it will be back again and working normally. Thanks, Joe
What time is this EASTERN ?
Not daytime please....
I understand that Toronto will now be on Daylight Saving so you would be 5 hours behind the UK. So the down time will be 5am your time.
Thanks Team Moonfruit...
Advance warning, and information - that's all I ask for.
Excellent service.
Arif
Is moonfruit down now , it is 11.39 here uk time .... if so when is it back online
We did another quick release this morning (bug fixes) related to our latest launch and unrelated to this specific downtime earlier in the month. This release would have affected service for no more than 5 min.
is moonfruit down none of my sites will load up?
I can't load up my sites, view them on Google or do anything......is anyone else having this problem? I can't even get access to submit a query !! Has Moonfruit crashed? And I don't understand why that would affect my website being available on google to view?
This morning, we suffered a denial of service attack on one site. The attack created heavy traffic on our servers which is therefore affecting legitimate users. We have and continue to take steps to get this situation under control and return all legitimate users to full service.
This is not common, and is normally easy to contain, but in this instance the attack is significant. This will not affect any websites per se but does affect temporary access. We hope to have this resolved shortly. For the time being we beg your patience and understanding.
You can also keep up to date with our response on this matter in a more recent post.
Thanks
Walt
