Hum hum.. I guess you are going to give me the new address.... you know what I mean .... ;-)
Have a very happy new year super power team :-D
Please dont pretend like you care about customers, your customer service on this site is a nightmare and a joke, thats why after being a customer for 2 years I am taking my business elsewhere.
Hi Rob,
I'm sorry you feel that way, though I can understand your feelings with the speed of response to some of our queries lately. We have actually taken on two new support people in the last 3 weeks to address this very issue as we do care and we do want to improve our service.
We've also recently grown our development team so that we can turn around features, widgets and services more quickly. So, we aren't seeing an joke in our commitment to offering a better service as we do not want our customers suffering nightmare service or leaving us.
I appreciate your honesty, it only makes us more aware of how important it is for us to improve our service delivery.
Thanks
Walt
