It's been recently brought to my attention by an individual in London, that our website on Moonfruit cannot be accessed. This has been going on for 2 days now. Also, I've had it reported for a very long time, that our site cannot be opened from Belarus locations. Here's the message the London-based individual sent to me:
Connection Interrupted
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.
Please check on why the London based problem, and also Belarus.

Yet again our websites are not accessible. Intermittent fault all evening. Slow loading, then wont load, then can edit then cant edit......
THE service seems to be getting worse !
Tried to post this in forum first to see if anyone else having difficult..but you guessed it...Forum doesn't Load either.
We had an outage as described above for 16 minutes. All services were returned to normal and we have had no further issues with our own system or the network.
Madison, we had two minor outages on 23rd/24th as per our posts (23 and 43 min respectively) followed by the very brief outage on the 27th. Our service was certainly not out for 2 days. In most cases once the service is back up there should be no further issues. However occasionally, some users will need to clear the cache or Temporary internet files so that the browser reloads the site again from new. As for why customers cannot access your site in Belarus - is nothing we can help with - as it sounds isolated purely to that country. If it is country specific then it may be their particular ISP, or network provider blocking our IP address though this is highly unlikely.
Gavin, we had no outages on the 29th. All services were at 100%. If we had problems we certainly would have notified customers.

WHOO HOO i saw the new toolbar collapse feature first!
and the new loading bar :) - I was updating my site and next thing I know the whole thing page could not connect - reloaded and bang it was up :)
Heaps better guys!
